infact if you are using ospfv3 network type nbma, there is no need to add
any broadcast statement at the end of any fr ipv map..because as you may
guess everything works unicast in that mode..
but if you are supposed to use another multicast/broadcast mode or routing
protocol, than you should be adding broadcast for your map statements for
local-link address. these multicast/broadcast routing protocols use the
local-link address for hellos and any other communication in that protocol.
unless you use ipv6 multicast or anything like that, you do not need to add
broadcast for your site-local map statement.
