Hi:

Do you have antivirus running on this machine?
If you have macafee running you may want to disable buffer overflow as to this
can cause screen redraw issues.

Does this only happen in this window or does this happen in other windows within
the acs server?

I've added the device to the server but the ACS software generate some strange
chatacters when I typed in the share-key.
For example: I want the key to be cisco then ACS make it like this :
cisco||||||||||||||||||||||

How could this happened?

If your getting a refused error then your getting to the router. If it's not

a vty issue, have you added this device to the ACS server?
