Yes, it should extend the re-cert date, assuming you haven't passed a
different written since you passed the lab. It usually takes a few days for
the system to update. (different system for CCIE)

Also, if your testing ID is not the same for some reason, the records won't
update.

If it's been more than two weeks, open a support case, and they can manually
adjust things.

Just got through the security written, but it didn't extend my CCIE
re-cert date? NA/NP/DA got extended, but IE RS still shows the same
2year recert date. Does passing a written in another specialty extend
the re-cert date?
