I had a problem with the doc CD being available with my lab yesterday. It was unavailable for 2 hours and we finished at the same time. Last fall I took the lab and had a hardware problem, I got 45 minutes back at the end of the day. I think hardware problems in the lab are more prevelant these days.

Travis,

For me, proctor was quit helpful, but I did do the troubleshooting to
make sure it was truly a problem. I was asked a few basic questions
about my troubleshooting, and it was replaced immediately. I lost about
20-30 mins, and that was a slight concern during lab time. (More
Stress!)

I know we can report that to the proctor. But how helpful is that in
your experience ?
