I think having the stress of buying a house and studying is a bit much. I
would recommend to try and pass before you have your baby. Once that thing
comes out... you will not have the time. You don't want to miss out on your
family because you are studying, especially those first few years...

My recommendation is to push through and try and get it done before the kid
comes, if you don't... oh well... you'll find a way.

I was lucky when I got mine... I just HAD a neglected girl friend... no
house, wife or kids, but I could imagine that it would be much more
difficult.

Maybe find a job that supports your studying at work... maybe cisco?
