Virtual Template as a source for multicast RP does not work.

HI GS,

i m making auto RP with interface as virtual-template (Part of FR-cloud).
This RP announcement is not reaching up to the mapping agent.Even no
debugging messages are coming up. (RPF is checked and it is not failing).

On same router. when i use other interfaces like serial , ethernet or
loopback. Everything works fine.

Could you plz let me know is there any specific issue with virtual-template
as RP ? I think virtual-template is the interface that is always down and
only virtual-access interface is up that can be a reason. Am i right ? i m
not sure about it. Plz answer my query.
