How to Elect RP as Primary in Auto-RP with lowest RP address

Hi GS,

I have few queries here,

1) If i have two routers first is 1.1.1.1 and 2nd is 1.1.1.2. By default
1.1.1.2 will be elected as RP in auto-RP process because of highest RP
address. Is there any way i can make 1.1.1.1 as a primary RP instead of
1.1.1.2. If yes , then what is the command ?

2) How to enable traps for RMON event ?

    If we use SNMP-SERVER ENABLE TRAP (it enables trap for everyone) but i
want to enable trap only specific to RMON.

Could any one plz help me with this?
