Two switch labs at any locations?

Hi Guys,
   
  I just want to know that two switch LAB study guides are outdated or still do I have to study them?
   
  Also based on the Cisco's Jul-2006 notice 3550s replaced with 3560s.

  Do I have to cut off the studies of 3550 stuff?
