1) 6 years ISP work experience (lot's of FR/OSPF/BGP/switching/QoS/Security)
2) Lots of reading (mostly ciscopress books)
3) Last 6 months of lab prep using InternetExpert COD and lab workbook, and
also NMC's COD's (FR/IPv6)
   - 2-4 hours a night plus 8-12 on weekends for the last 6 months spent
either watching COD's, reading books, or doing practice labs
