think of a hub spoke fr topology and ospf on that. if the fr portion
restricts you not to map other spokes ip to the dlci for hub, so you wont be
reaching from that spoke to other right? with these /32 routes give you the
reachability from spoke2spoke. this is only a case that /32 route needed and
useful. more and different cases can be a matter of issue
