Is it possible to do redundancy?

Hi,

Two sites are connected via LAN extension, which is basically 100Mb VLAN
link through local ISP's Ethernet Cloud. Now, each site has 10Mb MPLS link
to another ISP. Each CE MPLS router redistribute local static router into
EIGRP and get into ISP's MPLS edge router. The company want to use LAN
extension link as primary and use MPLS link as backup. Is it possible to do
failover dynamically?
