Converting 6500 CatOS to Native IOS Configuration

Gentlemen,

I'm converting a Cat OS configuration on a Cat 6500 to
a Native configuration. While most of the Cat
commands appear to have equivalent IOS commands, I
have a couple statements which I cannot find
equivalent commands for. Here are the code lines that
I am attempting to translate:

clear security acl all
set security acl ip test permit arp
set security acl ip test permit ip any any capture
commit security acl all
set security acl map test 3,9

Anyone know how I should convert these statements?
