If this is really what you mean, so you have to advertise a default
when a prefix is entered into the bgp table, then I don't know a
solution. Besides that, I would no know of any use of such a
configuration in real life, but that's another story!

But if you mean that the default should be advertised if a specific
route is present in the igp routing table (in which case it will also
be in the bgp table if you have a network/redistribute statement for
it), then easiest would be to apply a route-map to the 'neighbor
default-information originate' command. The route-map needs to match
on the specific igp route.
