I don't think that you could do it under each interface separately, these
are the configurations that can be performed for EGRESS Queues:

*To configure Egress Queues:*

X Allocate a percentage of Buffers used by each Queue within a
Queue-set, think of Queue-sets as templates, there are two of them and
Queue-set 1 is automatically applied to all interfaces, therefore any
changes to Queue-set 1 will reflect on all interfaces, whereas, queue-set 2
is a template that can be changed and it can be applied to a given Queue.

* *

*MLS qos queue-set output 1 Buffers 40 20 20 20 (These are percentages)*

* 2*

* *

X Configure the WTD Thresholds, note there are 2 queue-set choices (The
number after the output keyword), and the number after the threshold keyword
is the queue number. Remember each Queue has three thresholds but only
threshold 1 and 2 can be configured, threshold three is set to 100 percent
and can not be changed

* *

*MLS qos queue-set output 1 Threshold 1 40 60 50 200*

* 2 2 T1 T2 Rsrv Max*

* 3*

* 4*

* These are the Queues*

* *

X Map DSCP/CoS values to an Egress Queue and the Threshold values, note
this is done in global config mode and the choices are to map the cos or the
DCSP values. In the following configuration we are just mapping the CoS or
DSCP values to a given Queue for a given threshold

* *

*MLS qos srr-queue output CoS-MAP Queue 1 Threshold 1 (8 Values)*

* DSCP-MAP 2
    2*

*
 3 3*

*
  4*

* *

X Specify how much of the Bandwidth is allocated to each Queue; this is
done under the interface.

      Egress Queues can be configured for Shaped, Shared or both

      Shaped will always override Shared

Int F0/2

      Srr-queue Bandwidth Shape W1 W2 W3 W4

      *The weights control the percentage of the port that must be shaped.
If a 0 is entered, the Queue operates in Shared mode and
the weights for Shared come into effect.*

* *

      Srr-queue Bandwidth Shape 5 0 0 0

      *5 means that 1/5th of the 100% is assigned. And the rest of the
Queues are in Shared mode, sharing the remaining Bandwidth equally. *

* *

      Priority-queue out

      This specifies that expedite Queue is in effect.

Int F0/8

      Srr-queue Bandwidth limit (10-90)**

* The above command rate limits the Bandwidth utilization to the
specified value.*
