Subject: RSTP (801.1w) and RSTP-PVST+ interoperability

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a good CCO document or other document which describes compatibility issues with several spanning-tree versions.
What I actually would like to know if:

RSTP-PVST+ will operate with a non cisco devices which supports only RSTP.
As far as I can remember, the RSTP will genereate BPDU's on vlan 1.. and the
RSTP-PVST+ one for each vlan.. so how would you connect the two of them?

Thanks for the advice!
