You will need 2 WIC-1T in each of the 2600XM routers, you can do with any
model of the 3560s, just install the appropriate IOS image on them.

I would definitely no go for 4 3560s since you will still se 3550 at the
real labs.

The 3640 will work as a frame-relay switch in the same way as the 2522. No
difference there.

I would recommend that you look at the workbook you intend to use and build
your rack to match that book.
