I took both assesor labs, and one of the real thing. The first assessor I
finished 20 mn before the end (but failed it...), the second one I finished
not even 2 mn before the end (and passed! :).

However I ended up having much more time on my hands in the real lab. I had
finished almost everything at least 1 h 30 mn before the end (but sadly I
stumbled on two key questions, didn't manage to make them work, and failed
the exam).

So I'd tend to say that time constraints are actually more severe on the
assessor, and that the ratio compared to the lab is lower than 2:1. But I
think I also had greatly improved my speed between the assessors and the
lab, because I took the latter almost two months after the former, and spent
countless hours practicing in the meantime.
