I can see benefits from both sides but the main problem I see with renting
rack time is that you are tied to a specific schedule (vendor's time slots)
and many people are competing for the
same "better hour times" and when having your own rack, you can practice a
couple hours here...a couple there. Besides that, it's all personal
preference.
