Why interface is not half-duplex

Hi GS,

I have a 3640 with IOS(version 12.4(10)) running in dynamips. I found
speed/duplex is 100/full even I had config speed/duplex to 100/half.

Can anyone help me figure out the root cause? Is it a IOS or dynamips
bug?
