I tell you what! Even on the main interface it may be a good idea to disable
the inverse-arp even if there is no IP! In my exam i would do the same! Who
knows,,, maybe the proctor who is grading the lab is not as good as Brian
Dennis?! :p

but i seriously would expect it since Cisco added the "no arp frame-relay"
command which it does not do anything!
