I have question on IEWB-V4 Lab 8 Task 4.4

According to the above sentence, does it mean that the traffic from VLAN3&7
to BB3 , VLAN3-------->>>BB3 ? Is the outbound traffic to BB3?
If so , please check the solution guide, we use the MED to affect inbound
traffic flow on R5 and R6, I am little confused about the traffic flow here,
Sorry about the stupid question, coz I am not good at english. Looking
