  Abderrahim,
Jos, Darby and others have given few valuable advices for you to go on.
Another angles you wanna look at ( before spend $250 ) are:
     - Use it on mock labs that have feedback and tell you more of why you did wrong and the correct way to do it .
    - Recognize the key words that failed you: perhaps there is a DO NOT, DO USED somewhere that told us not to do it, and we do not see it. The 0 % with checking show that there is the gap somewhere that you missed, which come to my last point...
    - Know your options ( hello Mr. Caslow ! ) : there are few ways to perform a task and you must know them all and know when NOT TO, when to USED them. It is a chess-game: the lab is constricted with "limited" ( he he ! ) set of technologies and once you master ( read= predict ) the opening moves, you will pass.
    HTH,
    lP

forget about getting back on your feet..you have to just do it. Any time in
thought about the subject just slows you down before your next attempt. Do a
realistic check on your skills, take a few days off and then reschedule your
next attempt within a realistic time frame. This allows you to set a
schedule on a known time limit and puts you right back into test preparation
mode without giving yourself an opportunity to think about quitting.
