Unfortunately, there is no magic answer.

Only you can know what is required for you to retain the necessary knowledge
in the most efficient way to pass the lab.

Each person is unique and has unique study needs.

The only person that can answer this question for you is you.

The best of luck to you.

Subject: Lab Approach...

Hi !

A small query on lab approach...

Some suggest that after clearing CCIE R & S Written exam, one should
read/refresh the concepts alone for 4-5 months (no hands on), then do
hands on one technology at a time, then finally mix of all technologies
with workbooks !

Others feel one should go one technology at a time, refresh concepts +
make notes + do hands on, then move to next technology. Once this is done
with all chapters / all books, we should practice on workbooks/practice
labs..

Whats the best approach that will help retain knowledge, more efficient in
winning the CCIE lab ?

Thanks
Ananth
