   Try www.pdfchm.com , its an awesome site for the IT professionals
having max IT related book.
When you go on to site.Click on the link 'my profile' register with some
valid email ID, a link will be sent to you, which you need to click to
activate it- as it will take you to the site and show your alphnumeric
password, save it and check out the publishers...all are there...and go
ahead download..

It's a genuine site wihtout any hassles and spam free..check out urself
to know it..
