Hi Group

The question asks to limit ICMP rate to 500kbps on serial s0/0 (Dos Attack
prevention)

Int S0/0
rate-limit input access-group 101 496000 10000 10000 conform-action transmit
exceed-action drop

access-list 101 permit icmp any any echo log
access-list 101 permit icmp any any echo-reply log

but i am not sure how to calculate the burst sizes ? what % should i use for
normal & maximum burst...??
can someone point out a good link please ??
