        This problem occurs when you do not overwrite the local
dynamips-start.cmd file with the one in the archive when you extract it.
Compare the one in the archive with the local one and you will see that
it invokes two separate instances of the hypervisor running on ports
7200 and 7201.

is your hypervisor instance for port 7201 running? did it crash? check

make sure both instances are running if you are using the default .net's

provided in their package.
