Hi Daniel,

I have not seen such happening as I have the habit of 'clear ip bgp
x.x.x.x' to clear the neighbor connection for any changes in the
neighbor setting/config.
Or is it just me that is too 'tame' as per Cisco's IOS developers
expectation???

I will set it up in my lab and see what happens.
