Thats depends on what you are trying to do.

You can map MAC to IP on the switch's ARP table.

You can use "ip source guard", but it will only put "port acl" on the
interface where "ip source guard" is configured which will make sure
that the only packet comming from that port are DHCP, ARP and IP with
the configured IP/MAC address.
