the other thing i noticed that the longer you let the router go in its initial setup the more idlepc values you get. actually after few times i was able to bing it down to 35 and 25%. hope this help. by the way thanks for Josh lauer for helping on the image choice stuff.

For your issue, it mean you need to get a new
idlepc for the 12.3 image ( or any ): just follow the
