NMC are big checklist proponents; I think that's probably one of the main
things I took from attending their classes, I think they really work if you
use them right and are honest with yourself when compiling them and checking
them off. When i REALLY started to use them, they were most helpful. I think
they have some examples of how to do them on their website but I'm not
certain where anymore.
