Similar steps for both router and switch. Configure your hostname and ip
domain-name first. Then type crypto key gen rsa and type 1024 or whatever
modulus bits you want. Then you should get a message about SSH being
enabled.

I'm have very little background knowledge running SSH on both routers and

I've already searched the Cisco website and haven't come across a page that

Does anyone have a link that would show a rookie on how to confiure both
routers and switches for SSH?

I'll be implementing 802.1x in the future.
