I tried to do several things in both directions a few years back.

I remember they didn't have a complete command set on the "outside
destination"
side. Theoretically both directions are 100% interchange-able. But not in
reality.

I remember dynamic (with "list" keyword) is not complete with
"outside destination" .

So, in some circumstances, I had no choice other than using "inside source".

But I have not looked into 12.3 .
