[IEWBv4 lab3 - Question 4.4]: ip ospf cost

Hi Brians/group,

In question 4.4 lab 3, IEWBv4, I configure ip ospf cost 65535, neighbor
relationship cannot be established. But when I change it to 65534 as in the
solution, relationship comes up.

Why is it so? What does cost 65535 mean?
