Hey:
Just one observation - always logg your session regardless if it's vty or
console. There for you can always go back through your log and see what you have
done. I am sure this can be automated via hyperterminal, though I use other
programs they all have the ability to setup a logg system such that every
session is different and they never over write.

problem
Hi there,
I have a big problem with my cisco 2610 Router.
It worked perfect till I played around with confreg command from rommonitor. I
think I set the wrong values for configuration registers.
Now on HyperTerminal I get only garbaged ascii character. It is the same problem
as from a post I've read on this list:
cisco@groupstudy.com/msg92080.html">http://www.mail-archive.com/cisco@groupstudy.com/msg92080.html
Please let me know what can I do to get back the config-register.
I counld't find from that post I have Robert Massiache solved the problem (if
he has solved it).
Many thanks,
Lazarov
