Redistribute Eigrp AS to Eigrp AS: How do you know what metrics

How do you know what metric values to use for EIGRP to EIGRP redistribution?
How do you come up with the bandwidth & delay values? Thanks

Example:
router eigrp 2
redistribute eigrp 1 metric 64 2000 255 1 1500

64 = bandwidth (Is this max interface speed?)
2000 = delay (Where do u get this delay #?)
255 = reliability
1 = Load
1500 = MTU
