Split-horizon is for distance vector protocols, ospf is a link-state
protocol that builds topology databases through lsa's so no, you don't need
it.

Subject: Split horizon on multipoint physical interface
Dear all,
I have a question on multipoint physical interface. If R1 is a spoken
router in hub-spoken structure in frame-relay, do I need to issue the
command 'no split horizon' to let ospf routes to go across the frame relay?
Or mulitipoint physical interface defaultly can pass ospf routes without 'no
split horizon'?
cheers,
Laurence
