OT: Opensource IT customer support portal

Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone has used any opensource software for managing
Troubleticketing system.

All I am after is a web based interface to give to end customer where they
can log-in their job and get a "Ticket" for the job.

I am sure there is one but thought better to ask one who are already using
it.
