1) scan-time (default 60 sec, can be tuned down to 5 sec)
2) advertise-interval (by default is 10 sec for iBGP and 30 sec for
eBGP, cand be tuned down to 0 sec)
3) any other idea?

I should add that changing these timers in a real production network
(espicially when dealing with the full table), could be a bad idea.
