Subject: Passed R&S In RTP Finally got my number

Well after 3 tries I finally got that number took the test in RTP friday and
had to wait until tonight before recieving the pass mark on the website.
This was my first time taking the lab on a friday and what a shock that the
results wouldnt be posted until late sunday! 2 nail biting days of worries
and second guessing.

Huge thanks to Network Learning Inc and Narbik excellent lab bootcamp, Both
Brians from Internetwork Experts can say enough about your end-to-end
training especially the 2 year investment protection that you have on your
products I think it's a shame that a lot of the other vendors do not follow
from your example in that regard since from the beginning of my studies
Cisco has dropped voice, IS-IS etc added ipv6 added 4 sw layout all in the
course of a year and a half and Cisco Press and the folks here at Groupstudy
and the proctors at RTP.

My advice to testtakers

Know the technology extremely well
Lots of practice labs

Understand the goal of what each task asks of you and when your unclear
approach the proctor with ammunition.

When I say ammunition ask the proctor in such a way that you convey you know
what your talking about like I can configure x and y but the wording is
unclear as to which way or am I overconfiguring x task by also doing y.
things like that the proctors are more willing to help I've found.

The proctors are there to help not be the guardians of the gate.
My last trip to rtp I was surprised at how little the other test takers
utilized the proctors assistance (of course this may be untrue as I spent
most of my time reading configuring reading again and checking again but
that was my impression)
