Thanks all for your replies,
It's all make sense now, hopefully I will come across a good Proctor if I
have this kind off issue.
I was a bit confused because in my language the two following sentence are
fundamentally different;
Configure SW1 and SW2 to permit ONLY even VLANs in range 2-9 on Fa0/13 port
Configure SW1 and SW2 to permit even VLANs in range 2-9 ONLY on Fa0/13 port
My config have answered to the second sentence while the solution have
answered to the first one.
