I tried it on my switch also and it not avialable. It is available on the
router

R1(config)#int eth0/0
R1(config-if)#ip igmp access-group ?
  <1-199> Access list number
  WORD IP Named Access list

Is the a router only command or am I misunderstanding the documentation?
