Yes I've seen RSVP working real good on a Big MPLS/TE for a GSM R4
Network for Telefonica in Venezuela using Nokia equipments for the
Signaling and Call Control Establishment. We used the RSVP as the
mechanism for establishing TE Label Switched Paths (LSPs) that differs
from the IGP MPLS LSPs
