I've found nothing but a reload. I use cdp to work out where my ints are with default encap (hdlc), then I

Shut
Encap frame
No inv arp
No arp frame
No shut

And I get the 0.0.0.0 mappings. The only way to not get them is to reload with no inv arp on the ints I think.

You can reboot or change the encapsulation to ppp and then back to Frame
Relay.
