I would argue that you should only use the kennedy book as a switching
reference not as a front to back read. I don't even have my copy anymore.
Also probably want to add
never read the lee book
internet routing architectures
by
Halabi the BGP bible
(only read about 2/3's of the book for study all for interest if you wish)
DQOS
by
Odom ( there are better qos books but in the context of the ccie lab
probably the most germain )
Also a lot of the cisco white papers on ipv6 and the routing protocols
