3560 configuration guide on etherchannels

no mention of the " channel-protocol " command

3560 command reference has it in there and the following is the usage guide

Use the *channel-protocol *command only to restrict a channel to LACP or
PAgP.

will this ever be tested as the 2 modes are incompatable anyway.

Is this a throwback command from an older catos command?
