I think is why so many of us lurk instead of asking the questions we need to.
Please let us have a little courtesy to one another.

If something annoys
you, let it wash over you, ignore it and keep your blood pressure down at the
same time.

I suppose I should take my own medicine here, but having been at
the receiving end of such emails on this group I feel the need to make a
statement here.

I guess I'll get shot down.

Subject: Basic question Wildcard mask

Hi, i need know
how thw wildcard mask is calculated. example

R1---------------------------R2
EIGRP 1

R1 loopback:
1.1.1.0/32(loop 0)
1.1.1.1/32(loop 1)
1.1.1.2/32(loop
2)
1.1.1.3/32(loop 3)
1.1.1.4/32(loop 4)

R2 loopback:
2.2.2.24/32(loop 24)
2.2.2.25/32(loop 25)
2.2.2.26/32(loop 26)
2.2.2.27/32(loop 27)
2.2.2.28/32(loop 28)
2.2.2.29/32(loop 29)
2.2.2.30/32(loop 30)
2.2.2.31/32(loop 31)
2.2.2.32/32(loop 32)

Question:
Configure eigrp AS 1:
Configure 2 networks statements on R1 and R2 to advertise all interfaces
loopbacks except loop 4 on R1 and and loop 32 on R2.

How I calculate the
wildcard mask to EIGRP?.

Thanks a lot.
AA
