If you have a strong foundation and your core speed is there, take a break.
I felt this way many times, I actually studied less before my successful
attempt. If your foundation isn't there yet (be honest with yourself) take a
small smaller break and then get back on. Try a different approach, try some
mock labs are different labs from another vendor to strike your interest
again.
