Do you see them all as IA? When BGPvpnv4 routes are redistributed into vrf enabled OSPF a special Down-Bit is set on the routes. And another vrf-enabled OSPF process will always do down-bit checking. If it's set, then it will reject routes. It's a loop prevention mechanism in MPLS VPN environments when a site is dual connected to two PEs. "Capability vrf-lite" will turn off down-bit checking. Well, apparantely down-bit gets set not only for redistributed routes, but also for routes injected with a network command.
