More information is needed ...
Are R1 & R3 share some kind of a segment
Are R2 & R4 share some kind of a segment

Where is the traffic coming from and where is it going to ?

Is the traffic generated on that segment, if that's the case you can use
GLBP.

Hi,
I have to load balance the 2 100M links ,
1-R1 is connected to R2
2-R3 is connected to R4

over 100M each and running eigrp across, and link 1 is active , 2 is standby
, but i like to do loadbalancing , any idea?
