No they're not.
R2 has = (C2600-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(3)
R5 has = (C2600-ENTSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(3)

One has the Ipv6 feature set and the other doesn't

Both are running the same IOS - System image file is

One router allows me to enter the IPV6 unicast routing (R2), the other
